Title: Global Mentoring Network: Global Assessments of Climate Change Adaptation (2018-2021)
This project cultivates a global scholarly network to advance climate change adaptation research through systematic literature reviews. Since 2016, Dr. Eranga Galappaththi has led the effort, expanding the team from three to eight researchers across seven countries. The network provides mentorship and specialized training for early-career scholars, strengthening their research and publication skills. Members contribute expertise to climate adaptation assessments, generating significant knowledge contributions.
